Outline

Experts from Harvard Business School and Wageningen UR are jointly organising a European business seminar in the field of food- and agribusiness. This seminar will focus on the role of Europe and the European business community in the global food industry and the changing position of consumers and companies in the food chain.
The seminar focuses on senior executives of private and public food companies, farmer cooperatives, public institutions and not for profit groups as well as entrepreneurs related to the worldwide food system. Optimum exchange among the participants limits the size of the seminar to 100 participants

Objectives

  • Present insights into future major trends of the European food and agribusiness industry.
  • Walk away from the discussion with insights about how and where the system around will change and how it might change the approach of challenges within and outside your company.
  • Discuss cases with major leaders of the food industry who are changing the structure and direction of the food system and who in turn are being changed by it discovering new developments and opportunities in the extended European Union Develop leadership insights into change making in the food & agribusiness

The European Food and Agribusiness Seminar is an offshoot of the concept of the Harvard Business Seminar which has been held very successfully in the United States for years now. This executive seminar is regarded as the world's top program in the field of food and agribusiness.
