11 Apr 2007 - 12 Apr 2007
Unit: Wageningen UR
Location: Wageningen
Organisation: Wageningen International and Clear Horizon

Clear Horizon in collaboration with Wageningen International open ‘Innovating with M&E’, a unique series of hands-on workshops in 2007 and 2008.

Most Significant Change, MSC,  is a powerful technique for monitoring, evaluation and organisational learning. MSC goes beyond merely capturing and documenting beneficiaries’ stories. Each story is accompanied by the story teller’s interpretation, and offers a unique platform for a diverse range of stakeholders to enter into a dialogue about project impact. The reviewers’ interpretations then accompany the stories as they make their way across an organisational structure or between stakeholder groups. This technique is a great way for teams, organisations and stakeholder initiatives to capture evidence of impact and make sense of it.

The workshops are for beginners as well as those with more experience in monitoring and evaluation. Besides the workshops on the 11th and 12th of April, a third workshop will be organized at the end of 2007, as well as workshops in 2008.

Fee: € 700,= (excl. VAT)
