Partnership and process at the heart of M&E
Part of Wageningen International series ‘Innovating with M&E’
OM is an innovative approach for planning, monitoring, evaluation, and organisational learning. It challenges many assumed truths about M&E and offers a practical alternative approach based on unique concepts. Developed by the International Development Research Centre (Canada) in 2001, OM has appealed to projects, programmes and organisations around the world due to its innovative nature and hands-on value. Demand for OM is growing rapidly as it provides practical options for tough M&E questions.
