This workshop provides a meeting place for industry and R&D groups to:

  • Learn about newest insights and challenges ahead in R&D in the field of ultra fresh and chilled meals.
  • Results from the Double Fresh and NovelQ projects will be reported
  • Hear what’s cooking in the market place: how will the chilled meal sector look in a few years’ time

Highlights:

  • The first part of the workshop will focus on consumer needs in the chilled meal market segment: What consumers want; what have been successful developments in the past years; what we can learn from a market such as the UK
  • The second part of the workshop will cover technological aspects: new insights which can help the industry to innovate and excite the consumer
