The group of Food Structuring was interviewed by VMT (Voedingsmiddelen Technologie), a Dutch magazine about Food Technology. They were interested in meat analogues. Of course, there was great interest in the famous shear cell and in one of the girls (Cynthia Akkermans) in this group (see picture).
