Unit: Forest and Nature Conservation Policy Group

 Bas Arts has become visiting professor at the College of Europe (Brugge, B). This college offers post-doctoral masters for diplomats and (EU) civil servants. Bas will teach a one-day course on non-state actors in international relations and diplomacy in April 2007.
