Successful completion of the Wageningen University BSc study programmes ‘Environmental Technology’ or ‘Biotechnology’ or the University Twente and University of Groningen BSc study programme ‘Chemical Engineering’ entitles students to an unconditional admission to the joint degree Water Technology.
Of course, it is also possible to be admitted with a different degree. The basic intention is to admit students who are expected to be able to take their degree in the nominal study time of two years. The presence, level and result of relevant courses in mathematics, physics and chemistry will be judged. Furthermore, some affinity with the field of water (technology) is required.
The programme Water Technology raises different requirements with regard to the minimum level for proficiency in English.
- IELTS overall grade 6.0 (with a minimum sub-score of 6.0 for speaking)
- TOEFL internet-based 80 (with a minimum sub-score of 20 for speaking)
You must complete the application form and submit it with all necessary documents. The Admission Committee reviews your application based on an individual assessment of your academic record (curriculum, grade point average and final thesis report or research paper) and relevant work experience.
