PhD Trip
Every two years the chair group Food Process Engineering of Wageningen University organizes a PhD trip to visit foreign universities, research institutes and companies active in the food sector. The aim of such a tour is to expose the PhD students to research and the agro-food industry in other countries and cultures, to induce scientific discussions, to exchange knowledge and perhaps open the way for future cooperation.
For our previous PhD trips, we travelled to the Baltic States, Finland, USA, Japan, South Africa, Denmark, Sweden, Chile, Brazil, Germany and Switzerland.
