Jan-Febr 2012: Course on Rights-based Approach to Food and Nutrition Security
Wageningen UR – Centre for Development Innovation is pleased to announce the organisation of the International Course on Rights-based Approaches to Food and Nutrition Security, to be held in the Netherlands from January 23 – February 3, 2012.
As a participant, you will gain increased understanding of what a rights-based approach means in the light of food and nutrition security and basic concepts such as Right to food, Food sovereignty, right holders, duty bearers and accountability agents and their roles.
You will learn how to design an intervention addressing food and nutrition insecurity using a rights-based framework.
