Seminar Applications of 3T-MRI in food, health and consumer research

What do tastes and smells trigger in the minds of consumers? And how are these responses affected by nutrient content, hunger, satiety and personal characteristics? How do food properties affect gastric dynamics and satiety? During this seminar on the occasion of 5 years of food and health related 3T-MRI research researchers will present applications of 3-T MRI in the food domain that can answer these and other challenging questions.
