Jeroen Veraart is a senior researcher specialized in water management and climate change at Wageningen Environmental Research since 2000. His projects are often multi- to transdisciplinary in character and deal with topics such as climate adaptation, biodiversity challenges in rivers, lakes and coast areas (including the North Sea). He combines knowledge and methods from different research fields to achieve new results.
