Agro Food Robotics is a joint initiative by several research groups of Wageningen University & Research. It has been set up to provide the technology and knowledge needed by producers and suppliers in the area of agro food robotics. Agro Food Robotics has a large network with universities, knowledge organisations and engineering companies within and outside The Netherlands and therefore plays a pivoting role in the coordination of supply and demand of knowledge and technology.
The setting up of Agro Food Robotics is a joint initiative of the research institutes Food & Biobased Research (FBR), Plant Research International (PRI), Wageningen UR Greenhouse Horticulture, Alterra (UARSF), Farm Technology, and Livestock Research.
