Conference Fee

The early bird regular fee is € 375, for PhD's € 325. Early bird fee is valid until 1 May 2016.
Late registration: + € 50

Hotels and Conference Venue

Conference Venue is Hotel Hof van Wageningen (room rates vary from €62,50 - €90).

Other options are Reehorst Hotel in Ede (5 km's; room rate € 59) or Hotel Wageningsche Berg (2 km's; room rate € 85). Conference shuttle bus service is available twice a day.

Travel to Wageningen

  • Train and bus from Schiphol airport/train station:There’s a direct train connection from Schiphol (usually platform 1-2) to Ede-Wageningen station every half hour sharp ( .00 and .30); no changes. Another connection needs one change in Utrecht Central Station (from platform 15 to 14), and leaves from Schiphol every .16 and .46 minutes. It takes one hour from Schiphol to reach Ede-Wageningen train station. On exiting Ede-Wageningen train station (South exit), you can take the bus route 88 or 52 to the central bus station in Wageningen. Venue Hof van Wageningen is a 2 minute walk from there. You can also take a taxi.
  • Train and bus from Eindhoven airport: A shuttle bus service is available between Eindhoven Airport and Eindhoven train station. Departure every 15 minutes, the ride takes 20 minutes. Take the train heading for Schiphol Airport and change at Utrecht Central Station to a train heading for Nijmegen. You get off the train in Ede-Wageningen. The ride is 1.30 hours. You then take a taxi or a bus to Wageningen Central busstation. From there it is a 2 minute walk to the Conference Venue Hof van Wageningen.
