Training course

From Procrastination to Action!

You know you need to study, but all sorts of other things suddenly seem more fun or important. And after a few hours of watching YouTube videos or scanning social media... you put off studying until tomorrow. And then you find yourself hating yourself and struggling to pass your exams. Recognisable?

Procrastination is actually quite normal - everyone does it - although it is annoying. But, with a little effort, you can tackle this just fine and study a lot more relaxed.
