Do you want to learn French for a holiday or for study or business purposes, and did you take French at school but has it slipped since then? The French course II will help you get back on track quickly. The focus of the course is on practical skills, but ample attention is also given to French culture.
Classes take place on the Wageningen University & Research Campus, in the Forum building.
French for beginners is for anyone who has little to no knowledge of the French language and wants to acquire a solid foundation in French in a short amount of time.
- French I: A1 (CEFR)
Attention is given to grammar and vocabulary in the French I course, but the main goal is to learn to communicate in French. You will also improve your reading and writing skills, mainly by doing exercises at home. Furthermore, you will familiarise yourself with French culture.
This course runs for 13 classes. There will be 1 weekly class of 1 hour and 45 minutes. In addition to the classes, you will be spending 2 to 3 hours on homework each week.
