French II

Do you want to learn French for a holiday or for study or business purposes, and did you take French at school but has it slipped since then? The French course II will help you get back on track quickly. The focus of the course is on practical skills, but ample attention is also given to French culture.

Classes take place on the Wageningen University & Research Campus, in the Forum building.

Target group

French II is for anyone who has done 3 to 4 years of French at HAVO or VWO level and who wants to refresh their language skills, or anyone who successfully completed the course French I.

Contents

Attention is given to grammar and vocabulary in the French for beginners course, but the main goal is to be able to communicate in French. You will also improve your reading and writing skills, mainly by doing exercises at home. Furthermore, you will familiarise yourself with the French culture.

Planning

This course runs for 13 classes. There will be 1 weekly class of 1 hour and 45 minutes. In addition to the classes, you will be spending 2 to 3 hours on homework each week.

Certification

You receive a Wageningen in'to Languages certificate upon completion of the course.
