Marine mammal surveys in Dutch waters in 2012

In 2012 aerial surveys using distance sampling methods to estimate the abundance of harbour porpoises Phocoena phocoena on the Dutch Continental Shelf were conducted in March and November. These surveys were conducted in four areas: Dogger Bank, Offshore, Frisian Front, Delta.
