The collaboration between Wageningen UR and the Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology (DUET) in Bangladesh has successfully started. On 19th and 20th October the inception workshop for a four year collaboration project was held.
The collaboration focuses on staff, research and curriculum development on water related climate change. The project of 800,000 Euro is funded by NUFFIC. Wageningen leads the consortium in which also UNESCO-IHE, the Asian Institute of Technology and the International Centre for Climate Change and Development, part of Independent University Bangladesh, participate.
