LEB Travel Fund - applicant information

Do you want to visit a scientific meeting, go on a study trip or follow a specific training? Apply to the LEB Travel Fund! The LEB Travel Fund stimulates developments in research at Wageningen University and Research (WUR) by providing financial support to PhD-candidates and young researchers.

Maximum funding amount
There is a maximum funding amount available for each activity. Funding is not provided for personal expenses, costs of capital goods, normal publication costs and regular travel costs.

An individual can qualify for funding twice, as long as the subsidies fall into different categories.

Co-funding
The LEB Foundation provides funding based on the principle of co-funding. In principle, the fund subsidises 50% of the total costs.
