Senior advisor Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation & Multi Stakeholder Processes in Agricultural SectorsMrs. Simone van Vugt has more than 27 years of international experience as an accomplished adviser, manager, trainer and facilitator in performance measurement, planning monitoring & evaluation, value chain development, sector transformation, organizational and institutional development and change, multi stakeholder processes, program management and feasibility studies. Moreover, she has experience in management of complex rural development programs for improved access to sustainable markets. One of the bigger programs she was coordinating is BENEFIT, Bilateral Ethiopian Netherlands Effort for Food, Income and Trade- Partnership in Ethiopia (worth 30 M). She has been and is involved in Large Dairy programs in East Africa as M&E specialist and Strategic Management adviser. Simone has organised the international WUR SDG conference in august 2018: Towards zero hunger, partnerships for impact, in which the Evidence & Impact on food systems and the management of the process facilitation of the complete conference were the responsibilities of her.
