Self-awareness

Are you curious about the influence of your personality traits on your day to day life? Or preparing for a job interview and do you want to present a strong personal brand?

In this series of three workshops, you focus on your unique personality,your goals, strengths and weaknesses. We will work with techniques to understand and define your personality and its patterns. You set goals and decide on priorities in your life/career, after which we will create your personal brand, to live up to the best possible version of yourself.

Throughout the workshops, you will be guided and supported on this journey. Between the sessions, your trainer will be available for personal support and feedback.

Time and Energy Management

Do you always wait till the last week to study for exams? Spend hours studying without taking any new information in? Be honest, do you urgently need a new - more efficient - daily routine?

In this series of workshops, you will analyse and build your most effective and efficient agenda management. We will reflect on your current self management and routines, analyse your plans and set goals to improve this after the workshops.

Throughout the workshops, you will be guided to find the perfect fit for your lifestyle, learning style and energy levels. Between the different sessions, your trainer will be available for personal support and feedback.
