Number of rooms

There are 42 rooms booked for 2 persons. So space for 84 students. Please mention on the registration form the student you prefer to share a room with. We will do our best to accommodate requests.

Dates

The accommodation has been booked from Thursday 8 November to Saturday 10 November (2 nights). Unfortunately it is not possible to book an extra day afterwards. The whole house has been booked by another group from Saturday to Sunday.

Costs: 80 euro

Including:

• Accommodation for 2 nights (Thursday-Saturday)
• Bedlinen and towel
• Tourist tax
• Cleaning costs of accommodation
• Bus transport on Friday morning to the campus, Friday from campus to student party, from student party to de Bosbeek. Saturday morning from de Bosbeek to the campus. Make sure you bring your belongings to the Campus on Saturday morning. You will not return to the accommodation after the conference
• Breakfast for 2 days. Bread, toppings (like marmelade and cheese) and tea/coffee/orange juice

Transport

Wageningen University will arrange bus transport. It will take 16 minutes by bus to Wageningen Campus (8,2 km).

Arrival

Take the train to station Ede-Wageningen. From there you can take a special taxi ‘de Valleihopper’. Which will cost you 6,60 euro a person (you have to pay in cash!). You can phone 0900-5511551 for a reservation, as soon as you know what time you will arrive at the train station.
