Do you want to register for the Thesis Award 2022? Please look at the guidelines first and fill in the registration form below.
Please note: The thesis can only be submitted by the chair holder or by staff members holding promotional rights in consultation with the chair holder. Students are not allowed to submit their own thesis and only one thesis per chair group may be submitted.
After the first registration you need to send the following documents, via SURFfilesender or WeTransfer, to ufw@wur.nl.
- Thesis (PDF).
- Summary of thesis (maximum of 250 words, pdf, following the format: intro - results - conclusions).
- Motivation letter, written by the supervisor or chair holder. Please make sure the content quality, technical performance and presentation, and the evaluation of the work process are addressed. The aspects that must be included in the motivation letter can be found in the file "Motivation letter format".
- Official assessment form, filled in by the examinators. Standard format, see example on the right.
- Similarity check, maximum of one week old, done through Turnitin (in Brightspace).
