Femke Gordijn

It’s my pleasure to be the Team Coach of this self-organized team. I reflect with the team on the work processes in order to improve our efficiency and impact, but also to keep a healthy team dynamics. I keep an eye on the wellbeing of the individual team members. Furthermore I look at the organizational context and relevance of the assignments – are we doing the right things, and support with the strategic developments. In the end we would like to contribute towards improvements within the larger organization and the educational system of Wageningen University. I also work for the Education Support Centre of Wageningen University & Research.

Sjanie van Wetten

I’m Sjanie, assistant at the Education Experience Team and I am very enthusiastic to join this team.

I have been working for WUR for about 12 years; the first 10 years as a secretary at two chairs and the last two years as Management Assistant at the Dean and Management office. I joined the team to enlarge my field and because of my interests in connecting people, getting to the bottom of questions and finding answers together.

Nadieh Tubben

My name is Nadieh Tubben and I am responsible for the recruitment of teachers and students within the Education Experience Team. Together with the promoteam we will try to inform as many people as possible about the importance of Edcuation Experience. I really like the fact that the wishes and needs of students and teachers is centralised within the different projects of WUR.

Luuk Bolscher

My name is Luuk and I’m one of the Analysts within the team. My main job is to analyze the information we gather in the different group sessions and present it in an attractive, visual way. We use these reports to present our findings to different stakeholders within WUR, so that the valuable insights students, teachers and employees provide us with can actually be incorporated into different services, (IT-)systems and other aspects of our university. I’m an analytically driven person and find most of my joy in puzzling with our data and creatively presenting the outcomes.

Nienke Raeven

It is my job to analyse all information gathered during the group sessions and identify the pain points and opportunities for improvement. Subsequently, I visualise the findings to provide actionable insight for change. I am interested in people and like to understand and help reshape patterns, so circumstances for people improve. This is what drives me. The creative aspect of the student journeys makes it a lot of fun!

Klaudia Gawrońska

My name is Klaudia and I am responsible for promoting Education Experience among my fellow students. I do this by taking care of our social media channels, organising info stands at markets and organising offline events. I am also an active participant of the Education Experience sessions, because I like to take the opportunity to voice my opinions when someone wants to listen. As an international bachelor student, there are lots of issues I am aware of, which might not have been brought to light just yet. I hope that my work for the education experience team will encourage other students to talk about their problems and their ideas for a better WUR. I hope to see you at the sessions!

Nathalie van der Wel

My name is Nathalie. I am one of the student assistants within the team. My job is to support the team, by for example making sure the raw data from the sessions are neatly organised, so that the analysts can make sense of the data. I'm also responsible for recruiting new participants, answering emails, and some of the social media activities. I can also help prepare upcoming sessions in creative ways, hopefully making the sessions fun and inspiring. I started studying at the WUR in 2016, and I want to help improve the university experience - for fellow students, but also for the staff of the university.

Hylkia Putter

Hello, my name is Hylkia and I work as a student Assistant for the Education Experience Team. My role as student assistant is mainly to keep in touch with the participants. I do this by answering the Education Experience E-mail and keeping track of who earned one of the mugs/notebooks or sweaters as a reward. Additionally it is my task to prepare and guide the sessions and organize the data for further analysis.

This job allows me to be creative, work on my organizing skills and work in a dynamic team that is focussed on innovation, growth and improvement.
