Cultural Dimensions

During this workshop we will zoom in on one aspect of the wheel of diversity, namely culture. We will give a short insight into different cultural dimensions that impact on communication, building relationships and teamwork. You will get to know what your own normal is, and how this impacts your expectations, while working or studying in an international context. To create this awareness, we will start by exploring our own unconscious biases as an introduction of diversity as a whole.
