25 March - 10:00-11:30 | Our society, organizations, and universities are increasingly becoming international. On the one hand, working and studying in an international setting can be inspiring and (project) teams are often more creative, productive and innovative. On the other hand, some unwritten rules embedded in deep-rooted values that we are often not even aware of might bring the difference in ways of thinking and behaviour at work and study.
In this workshop we give a short insight into different cultural dimensions that impact on communication, building relationships and teamwork. As a participant you will get the chance to position yourself on various cultural scales. This will give you a better sense of how interaction works, what can lead to misunderstandings, irritation or uncertainty and what makes cooperation run smoothly.
The workshop is free of charge, but registration is required in advance. For registration, see below!
Registration is closed. The participants have received the link to the workshop.
