Registration

Register here as an organization for the Career Day on 19 October 2022. Next to a booth at the Career Day, we offer organizations several other options to get in touch with students, like interviews and a lunch. The Career Day is open to students and recent graduates from all study programs of Wageningen University & Research. At the Career Day, we hope to reach 600-800 students.

Introduce and promote your organization

Booth options

All participating organizations will have a booth. In the morning, participating organizations will have time to set up their booth. We arrange tables and tablecloths, WIFI and electricity if needed.

You can opt for:

Large booth 3x2 meter max. 4 persons € 750 excl. VAT
Small booth 1x1 meter max. 2 persons € 500 excl. VAT

Interview options

You can also opt for orientation interviews 1 on 1 with students/graduates for free. You will receive CV’s of interested students in advance, to be able to make your own selection and planning with the participants. We will arrange you a separate room for interviews, which you can use all day.

Lunch options

You can also opt for lunch (12.15-13.15h) with selected students/graduates. You will receive CV’s of interested students in advance, to be able to make your own selection of whom to invite. We will arrange you a separate room for the lunch. We advise you to select max. 20 students/graduates for this lunch to be able to have some interaction. You can also use this moment to show your products, to share a video or to do a game, etc. There is an extra fee for this lunch option of € 150 excl VAT.

Before registering please note: The aim of our Career Day is to provide a platform for employers, students and PhD candidates to meet each other. We do not offer any services to recruitment agencies.

Terms & conditions:

  • Wageningen University & Research reserves the right to change program content, date and venue, due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Cancellations must be notified to Wageningen University & Research in writing. All cancellations made 4 weeks prior to October 19, 2022, will be subject to 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations made within 4 weeks before the event will be subject to 100% of the registration fee.
  • The information on our website about your company and your program during the event, is your own responsibility.
  • Views expressed by speakers and facilitators are not necessarily those of Wageningen University & Research.
  • Wageningen University & Research will endeavour to give you the opportunity to promote your company in a successful manner and to meet talented professionals in your branch.
  • Wageningen University & Research may record and/or photograph your organisation for promotion purposes of this event, e.g. on our website or social media channels.
