Marine Stewardship Council

MSC Benelux is the local team, working from offices in The Hague and Antwerp, representing the worldwide certification scheme for sustainable wild-catch fisheries.

In our drive to end overfishing, we require fisheries to manage fish stocks sustainably, avoid impacts on other marine species and ecosystems and set up effective fishery management systems, to enable responsive harvest strategies,

Working together with our headquarters in London, and our colleagues elsewhere in Europe, the Benelux team works every day convincing consumers to make a conscious choice for sustainable seafood, helping commercial partners to transform their supply chains to include more seafood from certified sustainable sources, and supporting wild catch fisheries on the NorthSea and beyond in complying with our science based standard and sustainability criteria.

We welcome eager graduates with coastal management, marine biology, marketing communications or any other relevant backgrounds.
