Teams could pre-register between 1 and 31 October 2017. Pre-registration was recommended, as we allow a maximum of 15 teams to compete. Pre-registration will increase the chance that a team is allowed to enter the Challenge. Since we have received over 25 pre-registrations, we will first assess these. When you register now, you will be placed on the waitinglist. The final registration date is 30 November 2017.
Forming a team
If at the time of registration a student does not have a (complete) team, we will do our best to facilitate the formation of teams. This will be based on where students live and which expertise they have. However, we cannot guarantee that all individually registered students can be matched with a team and we strongly encourage students to actively identify team members. Students can also sign up to the LinkedIn group, which is set up to support students in finding team members and forming teams.
What do you need to submit to pre-register?
When you complete the pre-registration form below, you are asked to:
- provide information about the team captain and team members
- upload a copy of the team captain’s registration as a student
- for individuals only: share the link to a short video (max 2 minutes) in which you share your motivation and what you are looking for.
Please note that you cannot complete the pre-registration form if you have not uploaded the proof of registration (team and individuals) and the link to the video (individuals only).
After pre-registration you will be asked for additional information about your team and a short video in which your team presents its motivation, to complete the registration process.
