Incoming students
- Please contact your exchange coordinator
Outgoing students
- Please contact your exchange coordinator with questions about your possibilities for study exchange, to discuss your plans for exchange, information about the partner universities, possibilities in the agreements, nomination and mediation and to get documents signed.
- Please contact the exchange administrators to apply for an exchange period during the selection period, your grant application, specific rules and procedures for Erasmus+ and hand in all the required documents for exchange.
Please contact the institutional coordinator for international and European partners, Study Abroad Advisers and Exchange Coordinators of other universities for negotiation and development of exchange agreements, study abroad and exchange policy, strategy and organisation of student exchange.

The exchange administrators are available on Monday through Thursday from 12:00-13:00 in the Forum building, room 029 (behind the WUR-Shop, left side) to answer your questions on studying abroad. You can also e-mail them on erasmus.studentexchange@wur.nl
Exchange coordinators per study field
Wageningen University has four exchange coordinators, each specialized in a different field of science. They can be contacted by incoming and outgoing students about the application procedure and for more information. Check which field of science suits best to your own interests and contact its coordinator.
Important note: You only need to contact one person. If your message should have been sent to one of the other coordinators, this will be taken care of automatically.
