Procedure and forms

The European Union has made a detailed procedure for application to the Erasmus+ exchange programme and grant. Please follow this procedure exactly. If you need help ask your exchange coordinator to assist you.

Deadline application forms:
one month before the start of the traineeship/thesis

All documents need to be handed in at the exchange administrators, prefarably by e-mail.

Grant allocation is depending on the number of applicants and the available budget, see conditions.

Please fill out all forms on a computer. Handwritten forms cannot be accepted.


Before departure

1. Grant Agreement for Traineeship

Before departure this form has to be signed by the student, an exchange administrator and handed in one month before your exchange starts.

2. Learning Agreement for Traineeship

Before departure this form has to be signed by the student, the Wageningen Erasmus Exchange Coordinator, and the receiving institution.

ISCED code need to be used in Learning Agreement. If you are a BSc student; select the MSc code which is related to your BSc programme.

3.Transcript of Records

Official transcript of Wageningen University. The SSC will print the BSc- or MSc- courses that the student has taken and will sign and stamp it.

4. Copy of your internship or thesis agreement

Please mail a copy of your internship or thesis agreement (which you made with your Wageningen University supervisor).

5. OLS (Online Linguistic Support)

For the Erasmus+ requirements you have to complete a language test. Information about this will follow via e-mail after your application is completed.
