Internship/thesis Erasmus+ grant Application

On this page you can find the procedure and the forms you need to fill in to apply for a Erasmus+ grant for internship or thesis abroad.

Procedure and forms

If you need help ask your exchange coordinator to assist you. All documents need to be handed in at the exchange administrators, prefarably by e-mail.

Please fill out all forms on a computer. Handwritten forms cannot be accepted.

Forms

Before departure

1. Grant Agreement for internship/thesis

Signed by the student only

Deadline:
Preferably one month before exchange

Administrators sign the document áfter application is completed

2. Learning Agreement for internship/thesis

Signed by student, exchange coordinator and receiving institution

Deadline:
Before exchange

3. Transcript of Records

A recent official transcript of Wageningen University, you can get this at SSC.

Deadline:
one month before exchange

NOTE: A print screen from SSC is NOT enough! We need an official Transcript of Record

(PhD: you do not need to hand in this document)

4. Internship or thesis agreement

A copy of your internship or thesis agreement (which you made with your Wageningen University supervisor).

Internship after graduation? Or voluntary internship? Or PhD? Please contact the exchange office.

5. OLS (Online Linguistic Support)

Information about th OLS test will follow via e-mail when your application is reveiced.
It is compulsory to take the test both before and after your internship/thesis abroad.

Upon Return
