On 24 November the fifth cohort of the Executive MBA in Food & Agribusiness joined their kick-off session. Again an excellent group of professionals coming from various agri-food organizations with real diverse background. One third of the participants are WUR alumni with a proven professional track record of 8-20 years. In this cohort we welcome 7 nationalities including 60% male and 40% female participants working at agri food multinationals, or traditional family owned organizations, or startups.

Career & Personal development

Looking back in the past five years, we are very proud of the exceptional career and personal development achievements that the EMBA candidates have proved by following our programme.  The EMBA prepared them to make significant steps as they all have grown into a more confident, more capable and better equipped leader to take on new challenges in their professional life. From being a researcher lead and founding a private seed technology company, or become a sustainability consultant, or leaving a renowned animal feed company and become a general manager of a new company focusing on plant-based protein, are just a few examples that our students achieved after their MBA.

MBA Get Together Day

As it is the fifth edition a celebration is in place. A great occasion to get all EMBA in F&A alumni and candidates together. The MBA Get Together day is an invite to ` Find answers together` by facilitating lively discussions over the future of the food system. Learning from each other, constant inspiration and interaction are key elements of the MBA community. All based on real life F&A business challenges.
