Thesis track: Environmental Technology

Environment technology deals with researches on using renewable sources of energy, reusing waste products and by-products. Processes must be designed in such a way that they either reuse wastes or separate wasters into distinct, reusable components so that a close cycle can be achieved in these agricultural systems.

The subject of this course is the exploration of microbiological opportunities to recover resources within Environmental Technology, thereby closing material cycles with minimal losses.

The course focusses on harvesting sustainable and renewable energy sources as a key factor in solving environmental problems.

Planning and Design of Urban Space

This course introduces concepts, principles and methods for the planning and design of sustainable urban environments.
