Choice for Management, Economics and Consumer Studies

"After my Bachelor’s I had gained basic knowledge in different disciplines and it was time to start focussing more on one discipline in the form of a Master’s program. My already existing interest in sustainability had increased during my Bachelor’s and because I would like a job in the private sector, I ended up at the Master’s Management, Economics and Consumer Studies. The two-year lasting program in combination with the internship was decisive in choosing this Master’s program. Besides that, Wageningen University & Research's good reputation and the way the study applies to the agricultural sector appealed to me."

Experience with Management, Economics and Consumer Studies

"The number of mandatory hours are a lot more than what I was used to at the UvA, but I think that this adds to the quality of education. Furthermore, the faculties and organisation are in good shape. The relatively small groups of students in lectures and tutorials are nice and help to keep focus. In short: the Master’s is to my liking."
