AgriFood MBA Ukraine two weeks on Wageningen Campus

AgriFood MBA participants from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School (KMBS) from Ukraine followed a two week module in the Netherlands. The red thread in the programme were the Living Business Cases. The students worked in groups on a business strategy for a Dutch AgriFood company who plans to become active on the Ukrainian Food & Agribusiness market.

Living Business Case concept

During the two weeks students worked on several business cases from Dutch Companies. At the end of the programme they had to present their business strategy for a jury composed of the involved Dutch companies and the Dutch Agriculture Counselor from Ukraine. The jury used the following criteria to judge the students and support them with feedback:

- Understanding of the business challenge
Focus on
a high strategic priority for the business

- Focus on added value
For company & Ukraine

- Understanding of steps and how to realise the final goal
Is the implementation pathway clear

- Testing & evidence of the new business proposal
How feasible is the proposed business strategy

- Presentation
Enthusiastic, visual approach, team effort
