FAQ

How do I find books and reports?

There are several options to search for books or reports. Via the search box at Find publications (Global Search) or via the Library Catalogue (see Frequently used databases).

1. Find books and reports in Global Search

Use the search box under 'Find publications' on the Library homepage. Search by title, author or subject. On the left side of the search results you will find options to refine your results. Refine your search by 'Resource Type' > 'Books' to select all books and reports in Global Search. You can refine your search by 'Local collection' > 'Library Catalogue' to find books we have available in the Library collection.

Press 'Get it!' to find the information about the location of the book, printed or online. You can order books we don't have in our Library collection. This is not a free service, you will be charged a fee.

2. Find books and reports via the Library catalogue

Do you search for an author, a title or a subject in the Library collection? Use the Library Catalogue (you can find the link under 'Frequently used databases' in the grey footer on all Library pages). In the catalogue record, you can see which libraries hold the book or if it is online available.

Press 'more info' to find the information about the location of the book, printed or online.
