Rules for making a diagnosis

Requirements:

A map of the planning area, showing the present habitat of the selected ecosystem type, and the spatial norms of the selected ecoprofile.

Rules for making a diagnosis:

  1. Delineate the present habitat (habitat patch)
  2. Using the dispersal distance, determine which locations belong to the same network
  3. Determine whether each network contains a key patch
  4. Determine whether each network is sustainable in the current situation

Result:

A map of the planning area, showing the sustainability of the networks present in the immediate vicinity.
