New subscription: Nature Food

The Library has added a new Springer Nature journal to its collection: Nature Food. WUR students and staff now have access to all Nature Food articles since the first volume in 2020.

Nature Food

Nature Food is a monthly, online journal publishing top-tier original research, reviews, comments and opinions on the theme of food. The journal crosses the disciplines of food-related research in the natural, applied and social sciences.

Nature Food aims to provide evidence and expert narratives on optimising and securing food systems for the future. The journal covers topics like human nutrition, food security, food safety and quality, food waste, sustainability, soil and water management, agricultural sciences, dairy- and poultry sciences.   

WUR articles

Since the first volume in 2020, WUR authors have published 24 articles in Nature Food, making WUR one of the top contributors to this journal.

Other Nature Springer journals in which WUR authors often publish are Nature, Nature Climate Change and Nature Biotechnology.
