Uploading copyright protected material to Brightspace
The Copyright Information Point (CIP) has created a flowchart to help you take Dutch copyright law and copyright agreements with publishers into consideration when uploading copyright protected material to Brightspace.
In September 2021, the CIP published a news item about uploading copyright protected material in Brightspace and which rules applied. If you want to upload material, such as scientific articles or other publications, you have to follow Dutch copyright law and consider the copyright agreement with publishers.
In short, WUR policy is to hyperlink to material whenever possible. Other options are available when hyperlinking is not possible. Use the flowchart to make the best choice.
