This collection holds 823 photos taken by ir. Eelke Westra (Wageningen Food & Biobased Research) on the storage, packing, transport of food and flowers. The photos were taken from 2002 to 2015 in countries all over the world.

In this collection with 823 photos several techniques of cultivation (mainly flowers), storage and packaging, and transport of food products and flowers were researched.

The photos were taken in the period 2002 until 2015 and they cover a lot of continents and countries. In the collection you'll find for example photos from Ecuador, Egypt, Thailand, Ukraine, Kazachstan, the Netherlands and many other countries.

He researches how fruit, meat and flowers can be preserved better and longer to avoid loss of quality. During his research travels he made numerous photos.
