Every year, over 1 million biomedical articles get published. With this ever increasing amount of biomedical literature, it is getting harder to set up compliant and comprehensive literature searches.
With this in mind Elsevier developed Embase.com. Embase.com is a biomedical literature database. For Embase.com, periodicals including the full Medline collection and 2800 journals unique for Embase are indexed. Information is made discoverable through filters and search capabilities (PICO, EBM, Drug, disease etc.) and the results can be easily exported.
To explore if and how Embase.com could contribute to your research and teaching at Wageningen University & Research, Elsevier will provide a 60 minute Embase demonstration session on 17 Jan 2019, starting at 10:30. They will run through the major Embase workflows using examples relevant for your research.
