Over 20 years of experience in strategy development and program management of multi-stakeholder public-private initiatives in the field of international trade and development cooperation. Strong track record in supervising inter-cultural teams towards project implementation in complex working environments. Key thematic knowledge and broad field level experience in themes that bridge the nexus between climate-water-land-food security and (sustainable - socially just) value chain development. Currently, conducting PhD research through WUR (DEC) on the effectiveness of incentives on the adoption of climate-smart agriculture innovations, and the impact of such incentives on farming systems resilience.
