Kangni graduated from China Agricultural University in 2020. During her master study, she mainly focused on the modification of peptides using Maillard reaction. During PhD, she will investigate Maillard-based delivery system using natural deep eutectic solvents under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Vincenzo Fogliano, Dr. Antonio Dario Troise, and Dr. Ashkan Madadlou.
