Luc is a fulltime PhD candidate from the Netherlands. He obtained a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Food Technology from Wageningen University & Research (WUR). In 2020 he started a PhD at the Food Process Engineering group and the Food Quality and Design group. His research focusses on biofractionation and mild processing of edible insect protein. The project is under supervision of Prof. Dr. ir. Remko Boom, Prof. Vincenzo Fogliano, dr. Julia Keppler, dr. ir. Catriona Lakemond, and dr. Maryia Mishyna.
