BCT research featured on backcover of Soft Matter
Costas Nikiforidis' latest research on oleosomes was featured on the backcover of RSC's Soft Matter.
Together with Dimitris Karefyllakis and Atze Jan van der Goot from the Food Process Engineering group, Costas Nikiforidis, Assisstant Professor in the Biobased Chemistry and Technology group, authored an article on the role of sunflower oleosomes for advanced emulsions. Their work was now selected to be featured on the backcover of Soft Matter, a scientific journal published by The Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC).
