Young Scientist Award

We are happy to announce that one of our PhD's Dimitris Karefyllakis received the 2nd Young Scientist Award during the EFFoST 2018 conference in Nantes, France. He presented his work on Emulsification ability of multi-component extracts from sunflower seeds.
