eLabjournal

Since january 2017 the Laboratory of Food Chemistry is using the Internet Program : eLabjournal from Bio-Itech. The program is a combination of an Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) and Laboratory Inventory System (LIS)

PROTOCOLS

In the eLabjournal all the basic protocols used in the research and education of Food Chemistry are present

STANDARDS

In the research a lot of commercial standards are used but also a lot of standards prepared by Food Chemistry. Information about these FCH standards, like extracted pectins from different sources or purified carbohydrate polymers degrading enzymes, are combined in the LIS part of the eLabjournal.
