Prof. Tinka Murk writes chapter on the North Sea in book on circular food production
During the Dutch Food Week a book was presented entitled '10 miljard monden' or '10 billion mouths' in English. Eighty scientists from Wageningen contributed to this story on how we can provide food for the growing World population. Professor Tinka Murk contributed one chapter to this book on food from a changing North Sea.
