More than 2,000 articles from the literature collection of Drs. Piet Loof have been digitized by the WUR Laboratory of Nematology and WUR Library. The Laboratory of Nematology made a poster and gave a presentation about the process of digitizing the Loof literature collection.

Drs. P.A.A. (Piet) Loof worked at WUR from 1955 – 2007 and was an eminent nematode taxonomist. The Laboratory of Nematology and WUR Library are digitizing this collection of 3,300 articles.

Currently, 2,100 articles are online available in the Drs. P.A.A. Loof literature collection. The Laboratory of Nematology made a poster and a presentation about the digitizing process. They were presented at a conference in Ghent (Belgium).

The articles are all indexed full text. We think this is a wealth of information on nematode taxonomy and systematics from the years 1859 until 2007.
