ECS members raise €737,00 during 'Steptember'

Last September, 4 members of the ECS chair group raised € 737,00 during 'Steptember'. 'Steptember' is a challenge in which you take at least 10.000 steps a day for one month to support people living with Cerebral Palsy. This is a group of permanent movement disorders that appear in early childhood.

146 employees of Wageningen UR, spread across 40 teams of up to four persons, participated in the national action Steptember 2015. In total, they have made 40 million steps. More than 60% of the participants made more than 10.000 steps a day. In total, an amount of € 4.600,00 was raised. Well done!
